Every developer’s journey has a defining chapter — the moment an idea becomes reality and potential meets opportunity. For many, that project began at Make-A-Ton.
Over the past eight editions, thousands of students have come together to build, experiment, fail, rebuild and grow. Along the way came first hackathons, first prototypes, first internships, first startup ideas, and first opportunities that extended far beyond the event itself.
This year, the story takes a new turn.
In collaboration with Odoo, Make-A-Ton 9.0 returns as South India’s largest hiring hackathon — bringing your work in front of the people looking for the next generation of builders. Because sometimes, the project you build over a weekend becomes the one that opens the door to your first career opportunity.

Anyone 18 years or older with basic coding knowledge is eligible to participate in Make-A-Ton 9.0.
No previous hackathon experience is required. Everyone is welcome to participate!

Teams can have 1 to 4 members (18+). Cross-institution teams are welcome.
By participating in Odoo × Make-A-Ton 9.0, you’ll get the opportunity to showcase your skills directly to Odoo. Outstanding performers may be shortlisted for interviews and potential hiring based on their hackathon performance.
